the processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller in accordance with article 6 (1), first sentence e).

  1. Cookies

So-called cookies are used by visiting our website. These are small data packages which are automatically generated by your browser and which are saved by the devices used (laptop, tablet, smartphone, etc.) if you visit our website. In this respect, cookies can not cause damage to the devices used. In particular, they do not contain viruses or other malicious software. Based on article 6 section 1 letter f) of the GDPR, we use social plugins for the social networks Instagram, LinkedIn and Xing on our website, to raise the awareness of our company using these networks. The underlying promotional purpose is deemed as legitimate interest in terms of the GDPR. The responsibility for operating in compliance with data protection must be ensured by their respective provider. We are using the double-click procedure to work with the named Plugins.

a) Instagram

We are using social media plugins like Instagram. Instagram is hosted by Instagram LLC., 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA.

You can see an “Instagram camara” on our website, if we are using this plugin.

If you visit a website with such a plugin, your browser establishes a connection to Instagram and the content is loaded by these sites. Therefore, your visit to this website can possible be tracked by Instagram, even if you do not actively use the function of the social plugin. The information (your IP-adress included) will be saved from your browser and transferred to the server of Instagram in the USA. If you are logged in at Instagram, Instagram can save the information that you used this website and can connect this information with your account. If you are using this plugin actively by pressing the Instagram-camera button for instance, this information will be saved and transferred to a server from Instagram. The information of using will also be published at your Instagram-account.

By logging off the websites of social networks beforehand as well as deleting stored cookies, you can prevent social networks from allocating information collected about you during your visit to www.biancabrauer.de to your user account at the respective social network. We don´t know about witch concrete information is transferred and the concrete use of the transferred data by LinkedIn.

c) Xing

Our website integrates Xing- functions. This functions are offered by XING AG, Dammtorstraße 29-32, 20354 Hamburg, Germany.

If you visit a website with such a plugin, your browser establishes a connection to Xing and the content is loaded by these sites. We don´t have any information that Xing is saving personal data. Furthermore Xing is not saving the IP-address or using this information for analyzation.

You have the right to revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future according to Art. 6 Subs. 1 s.1 lit. f GDPR and to Art. 21 GDPR. The revocation of the consent can be communicated by phone, by e-mail mail@biancabrauer.de or to our postal address informal.

The revocation does not affect the lawfulness of the data processing which has taken place on the basis of the consent until receipt of the revocation. Upon receipt of the revocation, the data processing, which was based solely on your consent, is set.

We use the popular SSL (Secure Socket Layer) method within you visit our site, in conjunction with the highest level of encryption supported by your browser. In general, this is 256-bit encryption.
